Ceramic wear-resistant composite pipes are widely used in power plants, mining industries and other industries. The connection of ceramic wear-resistant composite pipe can be divided into: welding, flange connection and flexible joint connection.
1. Flange connection
Flange connection: Two pipes are connected by flanges, bolts and nuts. However, there are many types of flanges, such as the standards of the Ministry of Machinery, the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and the standards of the Ministry of Petrochemical. Therefore, when installing the flange on the ceramic wear-resistant composite pipe, the flange type should be determined according to the flange standard of the butt pipe, otherwise the flange hole will be inaccurate and cannot be connected.
2. Welding
Welding: Two pipes are mainly connected by electric welding. Welding is a common connection method for rare earth ceramic wear-resistant composite pipes, but if it does not meet the welding process, it will appear: complete welding, the welding position of the ceramic wear-resistant composite pipe is broken, and the welding has not broken for a long time.
3. Flexible joint
Flexible Joints: As the name suggests, joints are flexible. In fact, most of them refer to steel flexible joints, namely clamping flexible joints and rubber type flexible joints. The "elasticity" here mainly refers to the ability to withstand a certain amount of axial displacement and relative angular displacement, which fundamentally solves the problems of interface displacement and axial expansion of various pipelines.
a. Clamping flexible joint: Generally, a positioning ring is added to the mouth of the ceramic wear-resistant composite pipe, and then the two pipes are connected together with a clip, but the outer diameter of the ceramic wear-resistant composite pipe should be strictly matched according to the size of the clip.
b. Rubber-type flexible joints: ceramic wear-resistant composite pipes are connected by flanges, and the precautions are similar to flange connections.
